    Sales and Marketing Specialist

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Adron Homes located in Ibadan.
    • The role involves daily tasks such as communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, executing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and managing sales operations.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
    • Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities
    • Experience in providing training to sales teams
    • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
