Coordinating the Sales and Marketing activities for the company in line with sales targets.
Ensuring all company marketing collateral such as Website, Sales Office, brochures, pitch documents etc, are completed to an appropriate quality for an international standard premium residential development.
Providing accurate and timely responses to client enquiries with a view to converting enquires to sales.
Communicate with diaspora agents and follow up
Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and mixers.
Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
Qualifications
First degree. Advanced degrees accepted. Marketing or Sales related degree will be an advantage.
Experience in property development or PR related organizations is a requirement.
Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in Marketing, Real estate or Hospitality organization.
