Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦350,000

Role Overview

Support the execution of sales and marketing activities by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving product awareness. The role contributes to revenue growth by ensuring effective market coverage and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Promote company products to distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on customer needs.
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Support pricing and negotiation processes with customers.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions and customer records.

• Monthly Sales Target Achievement > 85%
• Lead Conversion Rate > 60%
• Customer Acquisition Rate > 15% monthly
• Customer Satisfaction Score > 85%
• Sales Growth Contribution > 10% monthly

Requirements/Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Professional Certifications

• Relevant sales or marketing certifications (added advantage)

Experience Requirement

• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in agribusiness or FMCG.
