Sales and Marketing Manger at Misan Hotel

Job Summary:

• We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate must have worked in a branded hotel, with a proven track record of driving revenue, increasing market share, and building strategic partnerships in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, both online and offline
• Conduct market research to understand customer trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the reservations and front office teams to optimize occupancy
• Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an added advantage
