Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for a Sales and Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, closing deals, managing and growing client relationships, crafting sales plans, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves conducting market research, overseeing marketing campaigns, negotiating client proposals, and fostering a robust network of industry contacts to promote company services.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing skills, including expertise in creating marketing strategies, executing effective campaigns, and achieving sales targets.
• 10-15 years working experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities, analyze industry trends, and measure campaign performance.
• Leadership and team management skills to guide teams and ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Experience in real estate or related fields is an advantage for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to work onsite in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
