    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the organization (or lines of business and brands within the organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
    • Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
    • Achieve sales objectives by providing direction and execution of all marketing, Public Relations and Communications.
    • Coordinate and direct all company activities of sales and relationship management to ensure optimal achievement of set revenue targets on a year-on-year basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a growth strategy for the company and its affiliates focused on financial gains and customer retention.
    • Responsible for generating new business and ideas while managing the existing ones to ensure profitability and sustainability.
    • Achieve sales objectives by providing direction and execution of all marketing, Public Relations and Communications.
    • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
    • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options and resolving internal priorities.
    • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
    • Understand the Company’s goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the Company’s financial performance.
    • Provide or suggest new services or product and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. Any other duties assigned by HOD as per need.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing or Sales role.
    • Professional qualification is an advantage.
    • Experience working collaboratively in decision-making processes with senior business executives.
    • Must possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
    • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
    • Must be able to work under pressure and deliver work in accordance with agreed timelines.
    • Must reside in Lagos.
