    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a top-performing individual who is smart, dedicated, proactive and possesses a deep understanding of the real estate industry locally and internationally. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales and marketing targets through innovative strategies and superior market knowledge.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales performance and targets.
    • Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
    • Research, identify, cultivate, and prioritize new business opportunities and solutions through a careful application of segmentation, targeting and positioning.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and account management.
    • Create compelling marketing campaigns and materials to promote premium products.
    • Monitor, report, and analyze sales and marketing performance against goals.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Social Science).
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing in Fractional real estate, Insurance and Investment industries.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • In-depth knowledge of the international real estate market and industry trends.
    • In-depth knowledge of investment products and experience managing high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written).
    • Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
    • Networking and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and work independently.
    • Great time management and numerical skills

    KPIs

    • On-the-go probation with a minimum of 5-10 slots sold monthly.
    • Increase lead generation and conversion rates.
