Sales and Customer Representative at RS Hunter Limited

About the job

• Inspect batteries for damage, cleanliness, and optimal condition. Customer Service:
• Greet customers and provide a friendly, informative, and professional experience.
• Assist customers in understanding the battery swapping process and answer their questions.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues effectively.

Safety and Maintenance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, especially when working with high-voltage batteries.
• Use sales experience to sell company’s services to customers 
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Data Entry and Reporting:

• Record sales details accurately, information, and maintenance actions taken.
• Generate daily reports and document any incidents or unusual occurrences.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain inventory of equipments and ensure they are organized and ready for swapping.
• Assist in managing spare parts and consumables inventory.

Training and Development:

• Participate in training sessions related to battery swapping procedures and safety.
• Share knowledge with other attendants and assist in their training when required.

Requirement

• First degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 1yr 6months Sales or marketing experience
• Critical Thinking skill
• Reporting/Communication skills
• Customer service experience
