Candidate Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4–8 years of sales experience within the Food, FMCG, Seafood, or Frozen Fish industry.
• Experience in Fisheries/Seafood is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (mandatory).
• Experience with ERP or sales management software is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to  work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
