Job Summary

The Sales Admin Executive supports the sales team by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
• Process and verify customer orders accurately
• Liaise with operations and logistics for timely order fulfillment
• Support sales team with quotes, order updates, and customer requests
• Maintain customer records, invoicing, and account reconciliation
• Prepare sales and customer account reports
• Handle general administrative duties and customer enquiries

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in sales support or customer service
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
