    Sales Account Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager, located in Lagos with some work from home flexibility.
    • The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
    • The role involves day-to-day interaction with clients, building and maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with teams to meet sales targets.

    Qualifications

    • Sales and subscriptions specialist
    • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
    • Experience in Account Management
    • Proficiency in Lead Generation
    • Strong Communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Experience in the software technology industry is a plus
