Our vision is to become the leading technology partner for ground transportation stakeholders across Africa supporting Operators, Travelers, OTAs and other retail partners. We have developed an integrated inventory management, fleet management, logistics management, and CRM system for the modern intercity transport operator. Our solutions create value for operators, travelers, OTAs, and regulators.
We are a fully remote team with colleagues spread across 5 cities in 2 continents and counting. We are looking to grow our team to support our growing client base.
The Position
We are looking for an Sales Account Manager for our integrated Sales, Marketing, and Operations team that will:
Coordinate our business operational activities
Supporting the CEO or executive team’s vision and process ideals
Manage inventory for client accounts
Coordinate sales product demo at prospective clients
Manage KPIs for our SMO team
About You
You are qualified for this role if you meet the following requirements. Ideally, you:
Are excited about working in a tech startup making impact
Have at least 3 years experience in tech business operations
Have at least 1 year experience in B2B sales for a tech company
Have demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous roles
Are self-motivated and can work independently
Are willing to travel across Nigeria (up to 50%)
Are a recent graduate of a higher institution (university, polytechnic, etc) who completed studies no earlier than 2016
Success Criteria
For this role, we have highlighted performance indicators that would indicate success in this position. They are:
Grow revenue from existing client accounts by at least 20% within first 6 months
Close at least one deal every month
Increase cost efficiency of Operations by at least 25% within first 6 months
