    Sales Account Manager

    Job Description:

    • CyberDome Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage and expand client relationships within the IT and cybersecurity industry.
    • The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in account management, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
    • This role involves overseeing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
    • Identify new business opportunities and manage sales processes to win new accounts.
    • Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
    • Prepare regular reports on account status, transactions, and progression.
    • Coordinate with other teams to ensure a harmonized approach towards shared clients.
    • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and insights on market and creative trends.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven account management or relevant sales experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
