Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Room Attendant role located in Enugu.
• The Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing supplies, handling laundry, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• The role also involves providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in housekeeping and room cleaning to maintain clean and tidy spaces
• Experience in handling laundry and ensuring proper care of fabrics
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing a high standard of service
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
