Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solutions Architect at Vennote Technologies Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Automation Anywhere, along with a proven track record of successful RPA project delivery.
• This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and project management acumen.
• This is a full-time hybrid position in Ikoyi Lagos.

Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture:

• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable and robust RPA solutions.
• Develop detailed solution architecture documents, including process flows, technical specifications, and integration plans.
• Define and enforce RPA development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
• Select appropriate RPA tools and technologies based on project requirements.

RPA Development & Implementation:

• Lead the development and implementation of RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Automation Anywhere.
• Configure and maintain RPA platforms, including control rooms, bot runners, and development environments.
• Integrate RPA solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications (APIs, databases, etc.).
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA bots to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Project Management:

• Manage RPA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.

Continuous Improvement & Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest RPA technologies and trends.
• Manage and resolve production issues related to RPA bots.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in RPA solution architecture and development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Automation Anywhere.
• Proven experience in managing RPA projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of RPA methodologies, best practices, and design patterns.
• Experience with integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, databases).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and database technologies (e.g., SQL).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of API's and web services.
• Experience with cloud-based RPA solutions.
