- Rotation and Precision Machines Limited (RPM) is a leading engineering solutions provider serving the manufacturing and industrial sectors. The company specializes in the supply of industrial equipment, power transmission products, automation solutions, maintenance services, technical support, procurement, consultancy, and installation services, helping businesses optimize efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, ACCA, ICAN, CFE, ISO 31000, or other relevant compliance certifications.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Governance, or Internal Controls.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or project-based organizations is an added advantage.
