• These is a full-time, on-site roles for professional with strong leadership ability, technical expertise, sound judgment, integrity and proven experience in their respective fields.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Risk Management, Criminology or any related field; a Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certification or training in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Fraud Examination, Forensic Accounting, Corporate Governance or AML/CFT is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in risk management, compliance, internal control, audit, fraud prevention investigation or avernance, roles, preferably within a group or project-based organization.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of risk management, internal control systems, compliance monitoring, fraud prevention, audit procedures, policy enforcement, and corporate governance across multi-department operations.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational, financial, procurement, project, and reputational risks before they affect UR9 Group.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills, with the ability to train staff, enforce standards, and advise management on risk and compliance matters.
