Credit Risk Analyst performs various functions, including carrying out assessment on information provided by clients and prospects to determine the capacity of borrowers to repay their financial obligations and mitigate credit risks in general.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must be very intuitive and must have the ability to discern significant risk points in a transaction.
• Evaluate customers’ loan applications in line with credit policy.
• Carry out verification of customer’s businesses and preparation of loan verification reports.
• Loan Monitoring and preparation of loan status report.
• Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them
• Preparing reports about the degree of risk in lending money to clients
• Conducting credit search from an approved Credit Bureau for facilities
• Booking of loans in line with approved terms and conditions
• Proper documentation and updating of the loan files
• Follow up and monitoring of disbursed loans to ensure timely repayment
