As the Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for managing revenue collection, patient billing, payment reconciliation, and ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.
Responsibilities
Process payments, patient billing, and revenue transactions accurately using the ERP system
Reconcile daily collections and investigate transaction discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of receivables, payments, and financial transactions
Prepare revenue reports and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting efficient revenue collection processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting, revenue, or finance operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and accounting principles
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
