Job Responsibilities

Store Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth

• Sales Target Achievement: Plan and execute strategies to consistently reach and exceed monthly and annual store sales goals.
• Profitability & Financial Growth: Maintain store ROI contribution, driving year-over-year growth in Average Order Value (AOV) and customer acquisition.
• Conversion Optimization: Monitor footfall versus completed transactions to achieve and sustain target conversion rates.
• Clientele & VIP Retention: Build repeat customer loyalty and manage top-tier client relationships and VIP engagement initiatives.

Store Operations Excellence & Brand Standards

• SOP & Audit Compliance: Ensure operational adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain high overall audit compliance.
• Visual Merchandising: Oversee premium brand execution and display standards to maintain full visual adherence.
• Inventory Control & Loss Prevention: Conduct regular physical stock counts against book records to ensure high stock accuracy while controlling shrinkage and stock loss.
• Budget & Expense Management: Control operational expenses within approved store budgets, manage packaging usage costs, and maintain petty cash reconciliation accuracy with zero unresolved variances.

Customer Experience, Reputation & Community Leadership

• Customer Satisfaction: Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional customer journey and maintaining high customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• SLA Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints within strict Service Level Agreements.
• Brand Reputation & Local Events: Protect store reputation within the local retail community and execute approved local marketing partnerships and growth initiatives.

Leadership, Talent & Succession Development

• Team Performance Management: Drive employee productivity to achieve year-over-year improvement in sales per employee and oversee store KPI dashboard performance.
• Coaching & Succession Planning: Maintain a regular coaching cadence for junior leads and store associates while developing Assistant Store Leaders (ASLs) for succession readiness.
• Retention & Employee Engagement: Foster an engaging environment to maintain low team turnover and high cross-functional stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leadership Mobility: Participate in stretch projects or temporary oversight assignments to demonstrate readiness for flagship or multi-store leadership roles.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or team leadership within a fast-paced retail or premium brand environment.
• Financial & Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze KPI dashboards, monitor P&L metrics, and execute revenue-driving initiatives.
• Leadership & People Management: Strong track record in coaching, team development, talent retention, and succession planning.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated expertise in clienteling, conflict resolution, and VIP relationship management.
• Operational Discipline: High attention to detail regarding inventory management, cash control, visual merchandising, and audit compliance.
