    Retail Store/ Channels Manager

    • The ideal candidate will manage daily retail activities, drive revenue growth across multiple sales channels, oversee digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives, and ensure seamless end-to-end logistics and fulfillment processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Revenue Management

    • Manage and drive in-store and online sales performance to achieve revenue targets.

    Channel & Operations Management

    • Oversee all sales channels including physical store, website, social commerce platforms, and third-party marketplaces.
    • Manage product listings, pricing updates, inventory synchronization, and system accuracy across platforms.
    • Maintain and optimize CRM systems, customer databases, and POS systems.
    • Ensure operational efficiency across sales, customer service, and fulfillment processes.

    Online Marketing & Customer Engagement

    • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and promotional platforms.
    • Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics to improve brand experience.
    • Drive customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
    • Respond to customer inquiries across digital channels and ensure high satisfaction levels.

    Product & Merchandising Management

    • Curate and design gift packages and promotional bundles based on market trends and customer preferences.
    • Manage product assortment, merchandising displays, and in-store presentation.
    • Conduct inventory forecasting and stock planning to minimize shortages or overstocking.

    Logistics & Fulfillment Management

    • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, and delivery coordination.
    • Manage vendor and courier relationships to ensure timely delivery.
    • Monitor logistics performance and resolve shipping or delivery issues.
    • Ensure quality control standards are maintained for all outgoing products.

    Team Leadership & Performance

    • Supervise store staff and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
    • Train team members on sales processes, customer service standards, and operational systems.
    • Establish performance goals and monitor team productivity.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase foot traffic, online conversions, and customer retention.
    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
    • Identify new sales channels and partnership opportunities to expand market reach.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Proven experience in retail management, e-commerce management, or channel management.
    • Strong understanding of online sales platforms, POS systems, and CRM tools.
    • Experience managing inventory, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
