Retail Sales Support Officer at TrustBanc Group

Are you persuasive, customer-focused, and passionate about sales and financial services? We are looking for a results-driven individual to drive customer acquisition and sales through telephone and other virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote financial products and services.
• Follow up on leads, engage prospects, handle objections, and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Respond to customer enquiries and guide prospects through loan applications and account opening.
• Maintain customer relationships, drive retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years’ experience in Telesales, Sales, or Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
