Retail Sales Representative at MorningStar Ceramics

Job Description

• We are looking to fill the position of a retail sales representative who can handle customers and sales at our establishment.
• You will be required to help them with selling products, helping customers with their purchases and keeping a check on the stock at the store.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Provide accurate information (product features, pricing and after sales services).
• Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment.
• Manage and maintain sales inventory and ensuring that the store is fully stacked.
• Analyze competitor's products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
• Provide customer feedback to the store manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND in any discipline
• 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven sales experience
• Strong analytical, communication skills and computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Attention to details.
