Retail Sales Representative at Mega Lifesciences

Job Summary:

• As a Retail Sales Representative, your key tasks would be as below:
• Promote and sell the company's products to assigned retail pharmacies within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and other key personnel.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory coverage and regular customer visits.
• Generate orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure adequate product availability at retail outlets.
• Identify new retail pharmacy accounts and implement activities to grow sales within the territory.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback while complying with company policies and procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1-2years experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly retail pharmacy sales, is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of the retail pharmacy business environment and customer relationship management.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Willingness to travel.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Good planning, time management, and territory management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital sales reporting tools.
