Retail Sales Representative

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Duties
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to theStore Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products
Qualifications
- Diploma / OND / HND qualification.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Must reside in surulere and its environ.
- Must be smart and self-driven
