Retail Sales Representative at Fine Brothers Limited

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide detailed information on features and benefits to drive sales.
• Transactions: Efficiently process sales transactions (cash, credit, returns) using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Merchandising & Inventory: Stock shelves, set up promotional displays, maintain store cleanliness, and update pricing, often ensuring visual standards are met.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate recommendations.
• Sales Targets: Work individually and collaboratively to meet or exceed daily/monthly sales goals.
• Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and offer upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
