Retail Sales Manager at Jamara Operations Limited

• The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations Of Jamara Home retail outlets to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervising Staff. Hiring, training, and managing employees, including scheduling shifts and conducting performance evaluations.
• Customer Service: Ensuring high levels Of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and queries, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Inventory Management: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
• Sales and Promotions: Setting sales targets, developing promotional strategies, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / HND in business Admin , Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in managing Retail outlets.
