    Retail Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • A leading company in solar panel freezers is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage sales, and lead retail staff across locations in Kano.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day retail operations
    • Drive sales and meet performance targets
    • Train and supervise retail staff
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Manage inventory and product displays

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Experience in retail or store management (solar or related)
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Sales-focused with excellent customer service
