Job Description

• As an Intern Support Staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and support on the shop floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers and ensuring store operations support our company goals.
• You will assist with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly displayed.
• Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by the store, providing accurate information to customers.
• Work effectively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an SSCE qualification is required.
• OND, HND, and B.Sc. holders are also encouraged to apply.
• Must be between 18 and 30 years of age.
• Candidates should be smart, intelligent, and presentable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is necessary
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
• Available to work long shifts, including weekends and holidays.
