JOB SUMMARY: Ensure to run a store successfully. Work on the shop floor, and stay in constant contact with the customers and staff. Responsible for ensuring that staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.

Typical Responsibilities

• Training, supervising and appraising staff
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• Preparing promotional materials and displays

Requirements;

• A graduate with relevant experience in the industry 
• A resident of Ibadan only
