Retail Assistant at Alan & Grant

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate is responsible for serving customers, restocking & merchandising, resolving customers complaints and ensuring quality service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed
• Maintain a fully stocked store.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND in Management Science
• 1-2 years experience in retail sales
• The ability to use labelling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS)
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
