The ideal candidate is responsible for serving customers, restocking & merchandising, resolving customers complaints and ensuring quality service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases
Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed
Maintain a fully stocked store.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND / HND in Management Science
1-2 years experience in retail sales
The ability to use labelling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS)
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
