Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding products that suit their style preferences and meet their needs.
• Provide expert advice on fashion trends, styling, and outfit coordination.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product features, and promotions.
• Have a thorough understanding of the clothing brand's collections, materials, and sizing.
• Educate customers on the quality and uniqueness of our products.
• Suggest complementary items and upsell accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
• Respond to order requests via email and social media platforms.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• ND, HND, or BSC in any field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Passion for fashion trends and a keen eye for style.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Hours: 5 days weekly 9 am – 6 pm.
