Restaurant Managers at Uncle Stan's Foods

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our fast-paced quick-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record in the QSR industry, driven by delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing profitability, and fostering a positive, high-energy team environment. You will be responsible for executing operational excellence, driving sales growth, and ensuring our brand standards are upheld in every aspect of the business.

Responsibility:

• Oversee all daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, food preparation, inventory management, labor scheduling, and health/safety compliance. 
• Ensure speed of service, order accuracy, and product quality meet company standards.
• Manage restaurant P&L, control costs (food, labor, inventory), and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals. Analyze financial reports and take corrective action as needed
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of crew members and shift supervisors. Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service. Manage performance and handle employee relations matters.
• Champion a customer-first mentality. Resolve guest complaints promptly and proactively ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
• Enforce strict adherence to all company policies, safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, local health codes). 
• Maintain impeccable restaurant cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, required within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Proven ability to manage food and labor costs and understand key financial metrics.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and developing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and skill in handling high-pressure situations calmly.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Flexible schedule, able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality a plus.
