A fast growing business is looking to recruit experienced persons for the position of a Restaurant Manager to ensure the outlet runs smoothly and efficiently.

Purpose:

Restaurant managers are tasked with an overview and insight into basically every aspect of the restaurant. From the various roles, procedures, and business goals, junior employees and senior managers rely on managers for support.

• Managing Resources
• Supervision and Support
• Plan Menus and Pricing
• Monetary duties
• Staff scheduling
• Meeting targets
• Conflict Resolution
• Balance inventory Levels
• Onboarding and training of staff
• Promoting and marketing the business
• ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience
• Prior work as a manager or supervisor
• Success with customer service
• Training in food safety
• Experience with long shifts
• Financial literacy
• Ability to keep inventory organized
