• The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and staff performance. This role balances leadership, customer interaction, financial control, and team development to deliver an exceptional dining experience and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant functions including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Monitor food preparation, service quality, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Oversee inventory control and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and staff development.

Customer Service:

• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure a consistent and welcoming customer experience.
• Encourage and respond to customer feedback, including online reviews.

Financial Oversight:

• Monitor labor costs, food and beverage costs, and other expenses.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and make strategic decisions to improve margins.
• Assist with budgeting and achieving sales targets.
