Restaurant Auditor at The Tang Impact

Description

• The Restaurant Auditor will be a committed professional who will report directly to the general manager and will be expected to contribute to the successful delivery of the annual plan of the internal audit activity of the restaurant.
• The Restaurant Auditor is responsible for reviewing, developing, and performing internal audit procedures and for preparing internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed. The task of a Restaurant Auditor will also include coverage of functional and operating units, focusing on financial and operational processes.
• The Restaurant Auditor should have the ability to participate in the audit planning and risk rating processes, prepare all audit work paper sections, discuss audit findings and prepare draft audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Update Sales Parameters (B&D, Samples, Leftover, Transfer, Customer PR, and Product Contribution).
• Reconciliation Sales Cash book, Sales remittance against bank Teller (sign on the teller).
• Update Material Usage Analysis and reconcile variances with production.
• Update NEPA and diesel hours of usage.
• Update countable and non-countable Stock Control sheets.
• Bin card Reconciliation.
• Audit all Process owners on company’s policies.
• Monitoring of closing of the cash machine
• Verify cash before and after lodgment and sign the back of the teller.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting courses, BSBA in Banking and Finance, BS Accounting Technology;
• Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience as Auditor.
• Proficient in MS Office application.
• Hard Working and needs less supervision.
• Willing to travel and willing to render overtime if needed.
