About the role
This is a new role that has been developed to provide support to Christian Aid’s responsible data work internationally. The post holder will be responsible for providing training support and guidance on responsible data matters to colleagues and partners in the country of operation, ensuring organisational policies and guidance is adhered to at a country level.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for helping to develop new training, templates, and procedures in conjunction with the Data Protection Manager and support related training and awareness-raising across the international department working both regionally and globally.
About you
You have an understanding and experience of working on the risks and opportunities of managing data responsibly and applying international data protection standards. You have experience of building compliance and capacity in a compliance area, including a strong understanding of integrating compliance policies, standards, and processes into existing business processes
You are great at working in partnership approaches and capacity building and you have designed, facilitated, and rolled out training programmes.

Salary Information: The salary will be based on Country pay scale rates and currency as follows:
