Responsibilities:

• Make sure that ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Serve food in a neat and appetizing manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Provide and manage kitchen operations for the residence
• Creating innovative and modern food menus and applying proper cooking trends to prepare food.
• Be partly responsible to select and buy the necessary ingredients for preparing meals

Requirements:

• Experience as a professional chef, in local and international settings and preparing modern local and international foods
• Must have knowledge in preparing dishes that are suitable for the elderly
• Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques
• Proven experience working as a Cook
• The ability to work in a team
• Level-headed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Preferably Male candidates for gender balance
• Must stay within Airport road and its environs
