Assist in setting up, managing, and maintaining forage research trials in the field and laboratory.
Support sample preparation, laboratory analysis, and data processing.
Maintain research equipment, tools, and materials in good condition.
Provide technical and logistical support for all field trial activities.
Collect and Prepare feed and forage samples, and the operation of the NIRS machine for sample analysis.
Maintaining the forage field and forage genetic plots.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
HND/BSc in Animal Science and other related courses. The ideal candidate must have minimum of four (4) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment. Graduate Animal Scientist (GAS) Certification issued by Nigerian Institute of Animal Scientist (NIAS) is required.
