Research Officer at Rovedana

Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated Research Officer to drive public education and advocacy on corporate governance principles.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong research background, a commitment to academic and industry contributions, and the ability to deliver high-quality publications and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute research projects on corporate governance using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Conduct in-depth literature reviews to identify research gaps and formulate hypotheses.
• Author and co-author articles, journals, and books representing the organization.
• Develop and implement initiatives addressing corporate governance issues.
• Prepare grant applications to secure research funding.
• Manage the Society’s library and publications department.
• Schedule interviews with contributors and Board members for Society publications.
• Identify and engage research and funding partners.
• Create monthly newsletters for members and external audiences.
• Develop content to attract new visitors to the website.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate governance research.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of published work in academic or industry platforms.
