Educational & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Information Technology.
• MBA/M.Sc. in Relevant Field.
• Lead Auditor ISO 9000 : 2015 QMS
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Any other relevant Professional Certifications

Role Responsibilities:

• Initiate, develop, and establish a culture of innovation across the organization. 
• Continuously improve innovation framework in all functional areas.
• Carry out research on technological trends and assist in developing technology road map on a quarterly basis. 
• Develop innovative card products which act as Unique selling points.
• Seek, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Liaises with clients, potential clients, existing and potential technical partners, on issues relating to all solutions, including Cards and Biometrics.
• Assist and Support Sales/Marketing team to define customer needs.
• Technical analysis of client’s requirements and deriving solutions architecture.
• Assist in deployment of Solutions towards meeting external clients’ needs.
• Develop new products according to the market needs and according to prepared product road map.
• Keep track of processes in the industry and make required upgrades. 
• Keeps records  and provide all research and Presales support for all card projects.
