Research Assitant - NYSC Youth Corper at Regolith Technologies

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research Assistant to support our team with data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role involves conducting research across various sources, synthesizing findings, and delivering accurate insights that will help guide decision-making and project development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across assigned topics.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources (online, databases, surveys, reports).
• Summarize findings in clear, concise reports, briefs, or presentations.
• Support the design and execution of research methodologies and frameworks.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of research activities and results.
• Stay current with industry trends, academic developments, and emerging insights.
• Assist with preparing proposals, publications, or presentations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in research tools, databases, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Own a Laptop
