Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Develop and test new loan products to enhance customer experience and increase market penetration.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and technology teams to refine existing loan offerings.
• Evaluate industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.
• Analyze customer feedback and loan performance data to recommend service improvements.
• Work with data analytics teams to assess risk factors and optimize lending strategies.
• Prepare detailed research reports and presentations for senior management.
• Drive innovation by identifying and integrating financial technology advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial research, product development, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of micro-lending, fintech, and consumer lending products.
• Familiarity with financial regulations governing lending institutions.
• Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.
