Responsibilities
Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Develop and test new loan products to enhance customer experience and increase market penetration.
Collaborate with product, risk, and technology teams to refine existing loan offerings.
Evaluate industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.
Analyze customer feedback and loan performance data to recommend service improvements.
Work with data analytics teams to assess risk factors and optimize lending strategies.
Prepare detailed research reports and presentations for senior management.
Drive innovation by identifying and integrating financial technology advancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial research, product development, or business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of micro-lending, fintech, and consumer lending products.
Familiarity with financial regulations governing lending institutions.
Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.
