Reporting Manager at Vantegral Consulting

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reporting Manager to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. You will be responsible for overseeing the JVR process, working collaboratively across domains and departments, and ensuring adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the JVR process, from data collection and consolidation to preparation and finalization of JV reports.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all JVR data and reports.
• Maintain a deep understanding of JVR accounting principles and methodologies.
• Work collaboratively with various departments (e.g., Production, Accounting, Operations) to gather necessary data and ensure clear communication throughout the JVR process.
• Possess flexibility to navigate across different domains and departments to address challenges and ensure smooth JVR completion.
• Prepare and present JVR reports to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in JVR regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of JVR reporting.
• Manage and mentor junior team members involved in the JVR process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in JVR reporting or a related field (e.g., oil and gas accounting, financial reporting).
• Strong understanding of JVR accounting principles and methodologies (e.g., PSUD, PSC).
• Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
