Remote Part-Time Customer Follow-Up Representative at a Gaming Company

We are hiring 3–4 long-term, part-time Customer Follow-Up Representatives based in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Call existing customers for follow-up purposes.
• Communicate politely and professionally in English.
• Record customer responses accurately.
• Provide brief daily updates on completed calls and outcomes.
• Follow approved scripts and protect customer information.

Requirements

• Currently residing in Nigeria.
• Clear spoken English and a warm, professional communication style.
• Previous outbound calling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must own a reliable mobile phone.
• Able to work independently and start as soon as possible.

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote and long-term part-time.
• Availability window: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. West Africa Time (WAT).
• Specific working days, daily hours, targets and breaks will be agreed with selected candidates.
• Pay is negotiable and settled daily.
