Turing.com is looking to hire a Full Stack Developer on behalf of a rapidly-growing education technology and services company. The company offers a platform that powers high quality experiential learning programs. The engineer will contribute to the product development and be responsible for building highly reliable and scalable software. The selected candidate will join a global, diverse team and contribute to scaling the platform as well as developing solutions to help millions of people cultivate skills, navigate the future of work and create life opportunities. The role requires a 4 hour overlap with US EST or Sydney AU.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure software meets all functional requirements and take the initiative to ensure non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, security etc.

• Collaborate with the team to determine software best practices and requirements 

• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable, distributed solutions

• Develop new features and infrastructure development to support the rapidly emerging business and project requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• Must have experience in PHP, Node.js, SQL, Rest APIs and docker compose

• Nice to have some experience in GraphQL, PostgreSQL and DynamoDB

• Proficiency with AWS and Angular/Ionic

• Experience working on large-scale complex software projects

• Demonstrated capability in designing and building software applications
