We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries via social media platforms and our website live chat system.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our brand’s reputation for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
• Manage and respond to inquiries via the live chat feature on our website
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent and efficient support delivery

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Must own a functional laptop, a smartphone (Android or iOS), and have reliable internet access
• Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and messaging tools
• Experience with live chat systems, helpdesk software, or CRMs is a plus
