Relationship Officer at Sterling Asset Managements & Trustees Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and mobilize deposits to meet and exceed set targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients to grow the organization’s deposit base.
• Maintain a healthy portfolio by achieving an optimal deposit mix aligned with organizational objectives.
• monitor and manage account performance to ensure sustainability and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products and services to enhance customer value.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize sales opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on portfolio performance and customer engagement activities.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Experience: 

Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years work experience in: 

• Client relationship management
• Documentation and reporting
• Client inquiries and complaints management
• Fund mobilization

Qualifications

• BSc in a related field with at least a Second class lower (2.2) or HND with a postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
