Relationship Officer

Description
- We are looking for a target-driven Relationship Officer to acquire, onboard, and manage FMCG distributors within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new customers
- Complete and verify KYC documentation
- Drive GMV, product adoption, and portfolio growth
- Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits
- Monitor repayments and escalate risks where necessary
- Share market insights and activity reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
