Relationship Officer at NEAT Microcredit

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard potential clients within assigned communities.
• Educate clients on microfinance products (loans, savings, and insurance).
• Conduct credit appraisals, business assessments, and group formation.
• Manage loan disbursement, repayments, and portfolio monitoring.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure loan recovery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits.
• Provide financial literacy and customer education sessions.
• Prepare accurate reports on portfolio performance and client activities.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, Microfinance, or related field.
• Prior experience in microfinance, banking, or sales is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the field and engage with communities.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and commitment to client service.
